Olivia Francis

Olivia Francis is an accomplished public relations and communications professional with extensive experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as Director & Head of PR and Thought Leadership Marketing at Halcyon since July 2025, Olivia previously held the position of Head of Global PR and Communications at Recorded Future, where responsibilities included executing the company's global communication strategies and enhancing its industry leadership in AI-driven security and cyber threat intelligence. Prior roles at Recorded Future included Senior PR and Communications Manager and PR and Communications Manager, where Olivia contributed significantly to corporate storytelling and media relations. Olivia's career also includes positions at fama PR (now Marketbridge), where strategic PR programs were managed for enterprise technology clients, as well as experience at PRLab at Boston University. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a concentration in International Relations from Boston University.
