Neil MacLeod is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the real estate and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Halcyon Development Partners since September 2021, Neil previously held the position of Chief Legal Officer at The Collective, managing legal matters related to acquisitions, structuring, and finance. Prior roles include Head of Legal for Real Estate at Schroder Real Estate Investment Management and Senior Associate at Nabarro LLP, where responsibilities included serving in the Funds and Indirect Real Estate Team. Neil's legal career began as a Corporate Finance Solicitor at Shepherd and Wedderburn. Educational qualifications include a Legal Diploma from Glasgow Graduate School of Law and an LLB from the University of Glasgow, complemented by studies at Københavns Universitet.
