Ingar Orud

Ingar Orud has extensive experience in project management and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as a Prosjektleder at Halden kommune since January 2019, Ingar also runs Oruds Prosjektservice as, a company founded in 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing long-term projects, such as the construction and rehabilitation of gas stations for Esso Norge and AS Norske Shell. From 1997 to 2003, Ingar was the owner and Prosjektansvarlig at ElektroVakuum, delivering high-quality goods and services. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in the Norwegian military and completing formal education at The Norwegian Military Academy and Hærens Ingenørhøgskole, culminating in a degree in Building and Construction.
