Sudip Shah

Sudip Shah is a seasoned professional in procurement and contract management with extensive experience in the petrochemical and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Category Lead for Procurement & Contract at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd since June 2012, Sudip specializes in global procurement for mechanical and electrical packages within a large petrochemical complex. Prior to this role, Sudip held positions as Deputy Manager-Procurement at ESSAR PROJECTS (I) LIMITED, managing bulk purchases for a major fertilizer project, and as Assistant Manager-Commercial at Vedanta Resources Plc, focusing on the procurement of mechanical and electrical spares for an alumina refinery. Sudip began the career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
