Amit Kumar Ghosh

Amit Kumar Ghosh has extensive experience in the manufacturing and operations field. Amit Kumar started their career at Britannia Industries Limited in 1995, where they held several leadership positions, including Head of Operation and Manufacturing Excellence and Regional Manufacturing Head for North India. In these roles, they were responsible for managing multiple factories, ensuring quality standards, and implementing corporate strategies. From 2012 to 2013, Amit served as the Head of Operations and Technical for Exports and New Business, where they oversaw significant business ventures. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Head of Manufacturing and Operational Excellence and Cost Efficiency Projects at Britannia, leading various cost improvement initiatives across their factories and supply channels. In 2018, Amit joined VKL Seasoning Pvt Ltd as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain, before moving on to their current position as the Vice President of Operations at Haldiram Snacks Pvt Ltd in 2019.

Amit Kumar Ghosh holds an MBA (PGDBM) degree from I.I.M., Kolkata. Amit Kumar also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.
