Divya Batra has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries and roles. Divya currently serves as the Head of Marketing at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., where they develop marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Prior to this, Divya worked at McCormick & Company, starting as a Senior Marketing Manager and later serving as the AGM - Marketing and National Customer Marketing Manager. In these roles, they successfully established an ecommerce business channel, led category management initiatives, and developed comprehensive marketing and media plans.

Before joining McCormick & Company, Divya worked at Narang Group (RN) as a Marketing Manager, introducing premium F&B brands to the Indian market.

Divya's work experience also includes serving as an Event Manager, planning and executing successful events in India, including prestigious events like the Mumbai & Delhi Marathon, Zee Cine Awards, IIFA, Telly Awards, and the Goa Film Festival. Divya also worked as an Independent Wedding Planner for a celebrity.

Divya Batra's education history is as follows:

Divya Batra started their education by completing their 12th grade at St. Sophia Sr. Sec. School in 2003 with a focus on science. Divya then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University, which they obtained in 2006. In 2007, Divya enrolled in the National Institute of Event Management - India and completed the PGDEM program with a focus on marketing, advertising, public relations, and events.

Later, in 2015, Divya pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management from Periyar University. Divya then went on to pursue an Executive Education Programme in Creative Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2017 to further enhance their skills and knowledge.

Most recently, in 2022, Divya enrolled in the Indian School of Business, where they are currently pursuing a Digital Marketing & Analytics degree, focusing on the field of digital marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Divya has also obtained several certifications to expand their knowledge and expertise. Divya completed the Digital Marketing and Analytics certification from the Indian School of Business in June 2022. In March 2022, they obtained the Google Ads Search Certificate from Google. Earlier that year, in February, Divya completed the Business Analysis Foundations certification from LinkedIn. In January 2022, they obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including Social Media Marketing Strategy: TikTok and Instagram Reels, Social Media Marketing: Strategy and Optimization, and The Art of Leadership (getAbstract Summary).
