Kailash Agarwal

Kailash Agarwal is an experienced business leader in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as President of Retail QSR at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing the retail business and optimizing operations through mergers and consolidation. Prior to this, Kailash held various key positions at McDonald's India – North and East from January 1996 to January 2020, including Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning, where a global Drive-Thru concept was introduced, and Director of Operations Excellence and Menu Innovation, leading initiatives that contributed significantly to sales and profitability. Other roles included General Manager Operations, Head of Training and Development, and leading Operations Excellence, showcasing a strong focus on operational efficiency and staff training.
