Rathi Pankaj

Rathi Pankaj has extensive work experience in the food and snacks industry. Rathi is currently the Head of the Production Department at Haldiram Snacks Pvt.Ltd. since August 2021. Before that, they worked at Snackofood Snacks Pvt Ltd. as the Group Head from May 2017 to July 2021. Prior to that, Rathi worked at Haldiram Snacks Pvt.Ltd. as the Manager of Production from November 2005 to February 2017. Rathi also served as the Lab Incharge at Bikaji Foods International Ltd. from March 2005 to November 2005 and as a Quality Control Chemist at Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd. from March 2004 to March 2005.

Rathi Pankaj pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Food Science and Technology from CCS University Campus Meerut (U.P) from 2001 to 2003.
