Shyam Dev Poswal

Shyam Dev Poswal has worked in various roles and companies in the food industry. Shyam started their career as a Manufacturing Executive at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. in 2013, where they were responsible for production planning, execution, yield and efficiency improvement, and stock auditing. In 2015, they moved to MAYORA INDIA as a Unit Head, overseeing instant noodles and seasoning & spice oil processing, as well as inventory management and HACCP internal audits. Shyam then joined RP-SG FMCG (Guiltfree Industries Limited) as a Senior Manufacturing professional in 2019, where they handled production operation management, PPIC & commercialization, FSMS, machines commissioning, NPD trails for extruded snacks, and project-based OEE improvement. Currently, they are working as the Deputy Manager Productions at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. since 2020.

Shyam Dev Poswal completed their M.Tech degree in Food Technology and Processing from Gautam Buddha University in 2012.
