Varun Mittal

Varun Mittal has a diverse range of work experience. Varun is currently an Angel Investor at Esentia Capital, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they founded Ploogl in 2017, where they developed a 360 degree ecosystem for gamers, managing an online electronic rental store, Ploogl Café, and hosting eSports events. Varun plans to expand the platform to include gaming squads and acceleration in gaming careers. Varun also served as a member of the Board of Trustees at Maharaja Agrasen Hospital since December 2019. Varun was a Non Executive Director at Hotel Shanti Plaza starting in 2017. Varun started their career as a Business Associate at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. in 2012 and worked as a Distributor at Zydus Wellness Ltd. in 2011. Varun also owns The AMAN Store, a wholesale and retail grocery store, which they took over at the age of 14. Varun was the owner of Kaleva Restaurant from 2018 to 2019, though it didn't fare well. Varun was the former owner of the Delhi 6 Restaurants chain from 2016 to 2019. Finally, Varun worked as a distributor at SKM Animal Feeds & Foods India Limited from 2017 to 2019.
