Derya Dokur

Derya Dokur is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in the chemical and biological engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Topsoe since September 2024, Derya previously held positions as a Process Engineer at Steeper Energy and a Process Improvement Engineer at FMC Corporation. With prior experience as an Operations Superintendent and Operations Supervisor at TUPRAS, Derya has led large teams, managed operational efficiencies in complex processes such as vacuum distillation and delayed coker units, and contributed to various process development projects. Derya's expertise includes process engineering design, energy efficiency testing, data analytics, and digital transformation, complemented by a solid academic background that includes a Master of Science in Chemical and Biological Engineering and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
