Johannes Baastrup

Johannes Baastrup serves as the Workplace Digital Lead at Topsoe since November 2019, driving digitalization within Global Facility Management and acting as the liaison between Facility and IT. Previously, Johannes held a Project Manager position at Topsoe, overseeing renovation and construction projects before transitioning to a strategic role managing multiple projects for a growing department. Prior experience also includes a Project Manager role at Siemens, where Johannes led large-scale energy renovation projects and managed various stakeholders. Early career experience includes being a Sales Engineer at Lemvigh-Müller A/S, focusing on reinforcing steel solutions for construction projects. Johannes holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from DTU and various professional qualifications in project management and safety.
