Kristina Linde Hansen

Kristina Linde Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kristina started their career as an Assistant Editor at Krydsfelt, Studenterbladet på DTU in 2012, and later worked as a Students' Counsellor at the Technical University of Denmark, where they provided guidance to students. Kristina then gained experience as a journalist at DR - Danmarks Radio, covering scientific topics for the national news site dr.dk/viden, and as a Radio Intern at Videnskabens Verden, producing radio features and interviews.

In 2014, Kristina joined the Ministry of Higher Education and Science as a EuroScience Open Forum 2014 Student Assistant, where they performed various tasks related to PR and assisted the organizing team. Kristina also worked at the Innovation Centre Denmark as an R&D Associate, gaining skills in research and development.

In 2016, they transitioned into management consulting, joining McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant in both Tokyo and Copenhagen. Their role involved providing strategic advice and consulting services to clients.

In 2020, Kristina joined Novo Nordisk Foundation as a Strategy Manager, where they focused on strategy development and implementation.

Currently, they are working at Topsoe as the Head of Strategy Execution, responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives within the company. Prior to this, they were the Global PMO Lead in Operations at Topsoe.

Additionally, Kristina has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark, where they facilitated discussions and project work for M.Sc. students and provided guidance to student groups.
