Ravinder Paruthi is a seasoned finance professional with over 16 years of experience in various financial roles. Currently serving as Manager of Regional Finance APAC at Topsoe since June 2012, Ravinder leads a team responsible for financial shared services, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and key performance indicators. Previous positions include Team Leader in Finance & Accounts at Topsoe, overseeing payroll, taxes, accounts payable, and asset management, as well as role as an Executive in Finance & Accounts focusing on invoice processing and cash flow management. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Officer at Hilti India Pvt Ltd, managing customer sales and collections reports, and Accounts Executive at AirLiquide, handling forex management and expense accounts. Ravinder holds a Cost and Management Accountant degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an MBA in Finance from Annamalai University.
