Rohit Sobti

Rohit Sobti joined Temasek in 2007 as Director, Investments, in the TMT cluster and from 2010 until early 2013; he was part of the Strategy Unit of the company. Rohit is currently MD, Investments, in the Industrials cluster within Temasek. Before joining Temasek, Rohit was the regional telecom analyst for Asia at Citigroup and Prudential-Bache Securities for 11 years where he covered telecoms companies in China, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand, across the wireline, wireless and the satellite sector. Prior to becoming an equity analyst, Rohit was a manager at Afro-Asian Satellite Communications (ASC), a Mobile Satellite Services venture; and a telecoms industry consultant with AT Kearney Inc., a Chicago-based consulting firm.
