Saugat Mukherjee

Saugat Mukherjee has an extensive work experience in the field of data engineering and business intelligence. Saugat started their career as a Project Engineer at Wipro, where they built a BI solution for the Sales Field force and worked on a DTS to SSIS migration project for a healthcare client. Saugat then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a BI Developer, where they led the creation of an SSAS and SSRS based solution for a Real Estate Client and mentored other developers. Saugat later worked at IBM as a BI Developer, working on the datawarehouse for a Fast Food giant. Saugat then joined Saxo Bank as an Associate Director, initially working in the Enterprise DataWarehouse and later transitioning to the Client Analytics Engineering Team. In these roles, they gained extensive experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence, datawarehousing, and designing/implementing BI solutions. Saugat currently works at Topsoe as a Lead Data Engineer.

Saugat Mukherjee completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata between 2002 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for that period. In terms of certifications, Saugat obtained a certification in R Programming from Coursera in 2017, and they also obtained the MCTS 70-448 certification, although the year of acquisition is unknown.
