Jerome Hubbard Jr. has a diverse work experience in project management and leadership roles.

Jerome Hubbard Jr. holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management with a specialization in Project Management, which they obtained from Gannon University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University from 2008 to 2011. Jerome also holds another Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they earned from Georgia Southwestern State University between 2005 and 2008.

Jerome's educational background is further supported by their additional certifications. In 2022, they obtained the "PMI Project Management Ready™" certification from the Project Management Institute and became an authorized training partner instructor for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
