Abby Krauce

Abby Krauce has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Abby currently works at Haleon as the HR Director for ANZ & North Asia. Previously, they held various leadership roles at GSK, including Head of HR for ANZ & North Asia in the Consumer Healthcare division. Abby has also worked at Woolworths Limited as a Senior HR Partner and Change Manager, at ResMed as an HR Business Partner, and at the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW and WMC Resources in HR roles. Their expertise spans across talent management, change management, and employee engagement.

Abby Krauce completed their education with a Masters in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from MGSM between 2007 and 2009. Their earlier education includes a Diploma in HR Management from TAFE Perth, WA, which they achieved from 1999 to 2001.
