Aleksandra Rogalska, MBA, is a seasoned professional in change management and product operations with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives. Currently, Aleksandra serves as a Product Adoption Manager at Haleon, overseeing the implementation of new meeting experiences globally. Prior experience includes a role as Organization Change and Adoption Manager-Consultant at Capgemini and a Change Manager & New Ways of Working Lead at Fortum, where Aleksandra's team facilitated strategic business technology initiatives through training and agile coaching.
