Caroline Flannery

Caroline Flannery currently serves as the MDM Data Services - Site Lead at Haleon, overseeing operations in Dungarvan, Maidenhead, and Cape Town since July 2023, after previously functioning as a Site Analyst in the same department. With a robust background in demand planning at Abbott Diagnostics Business from February 2020 to June 2023, Caroline also held the position of SAP Business Systems Analyst at GSK from June 2015 to December 2019. Earlier roles include Customer Service Account Manager at The Coca-Cola Company and AbbVie, and Customer Service Coordinator at Stiefel, a GSK company, where responsibilities spanned customer service and data management across various industries. Caroline holds a Diploma in First Line Management from the National College of Ireland, completed in 2008.
