Donna Shih

Donna Shih is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the consumer health and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Director Finance for US Commercial at Haleon since July 2022, Donna has previously held senior finance positions at GSK from September 2015 to July 2022, including Senior Director of US Commercial Finance and Head of Finance for Global Digital. Prior to that, Donna worked at Novartis Consumer Health from May 2006 to August 2015 in various finance roles, such as Director of US Sales Finance and Associate Director of Global Business Planning & Analysis. Donna's career origins include several finance management roles at Kraft Foods and Nabisco from 2000 to 2006. Donna holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
