Emma Lang is a seasoned professional in employer branding and recruitment marketing with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Lead for Asia Pacific at Haleon since July 2022, Emma previously held the same title at GSK for a brief period during its separation from GSK Consumer Healthcare. Prior to that, Emma contributed to TikTok's Global Employer Brand team, leading initiatives such as the Global Early Talent EVP development. As the Founder and CEO of Empower EB, Emma specialized in helping organizations enhance their employer branding strategies. Emma's career also encompasses roles at Philips Lighting, Deutsche Bank, Resource Solutions, Synarbor Plc., and BLM Media, demonstrating a deep expertise in talent marketing and insights, recruitment strategies, and project management. Emma holds a degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications from Bournemouth University.
