Federica Fiore

Federica Fiore is an HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee development across various industries. Currently, Federica serves as the HR Lead for Spain and Marketing Southern Europe at Haleon, a spinoff of GSK Consumer Healthcare, after holding roles as HR Business Partner for Italy. Prior to joining Haleon, Federica worked at Boston Consulting Group from October 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included serving as IGTI HR Coordinator, focusing on business partnership across multiple countries, and overseeing career development and talent management initiatives. Previous positions include HR Generalist roles at Magneti Marelli and CNH Industrial, as well as experience as an Avvocato praticante. Federica Fiore holds a Laurea Magistrale in Law from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Master in Labor Law from 24ORE Business School, along with an Erasmus exchange program at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
