Jooyong Lee

Jooyong Lee is an experienced executive with a rich background in strategic leadership and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR EMEA & LATAM at Haleon from July 2022 to December 2023, Jooyong also held the position of Head of Strategy and Office of the CEO. Prior to Haleon, Jooyong was with GSK from March 2019 to July 2022 as the Head of Strategy and Office of the CEO for Consumer Healthcare, focusing on enterprise strategy and leading integration efforts. Jooyong's experience includes roles at Diageo, where responsibilities included serving as Global Head of Market Strategy, and at InterContinental Hotels Group as Global Head of Market Strategy and Vice President Strategy for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
