Prior to GSK, Matt worked at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare as the General Manager and Chairman, Taiwan, and Business Operations Lead, Asia-Pacific. Matt also served as the Marketing Director & Commercial Lead, US Rx-to-OTC Switch at Pfizer.
Matt's early career was at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles such as Head of Hair Care, Hong Kong & Taiwan, Brand Manager for Hair Color in Australia / New Zealand & India, and Brand Manager for Hair Color and Assistant Brand Manager for Feminine Care in North America. Matt also worked as a Business Analyst in the areas of Feminine Care and Food & Beverage during their time at Procter & Gamble.
Matt Cinelli attended Cornell University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering. In 2002, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Xavier University, completing it in 2003. Additionally, in May 2021, they obtained a Digital Marketing Certification focused on Paid Media, Owned Media, Data, Automation, AI & Analytics from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
