Oliver McWilliams

Oliver McWilliams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oliver currently holds the position of Head of Financial Systems at Haleon, where they have been employed since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Product Director - Finance & Procurement at Haleon.

Before joining Haleon, Oliver worked at GSK, starting in 2012. During their tenure at GSK, they held several roles, including Finance and Procurement Product Director, Tech Product Owner - Celonis Process Mining, Tech Product Owner - Finance Services (maternity cover), SAP Principal Functional Consultant - Shared Financial Services (maternity cover), SAP Procurement Functional Director, and Senior SAP P2P Functional Consultant.

Oliver's career started at T-Mobile UK in 2005, where they worked as an SAP Senior Analyst (MM & SRM). Oliver then moved on to T-Mobile, where they served as an SAP Analyst (Procure to Pay).

Before their time in the telecommunications industry, Oliver gained foundational experience at One2One. Oliver held roles as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and later as an Accounts Payable Clerk.

Oliver McWilliams holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Educational Studies from the University of Hertfordshire, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels in various subjects at Wilson's Grammar from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Oliver McWilliams has also obtained several certifications, including VFQ Agile Foundations from Emergn in 2018, and SAP SRM and SAP MM from SAP in 2003 and 2002 respectively.
