Ralph Aboujaoude Diaz

Ralph Aboujaoude Diaz currently serves as the Global Head of Technology Governance, Risk, & Compliance at Haleon, beginning in September 2025. Prior to this role, Ralph held the position of Global Head for R&D and Operations Cybersecurity at Philip Morris International, where responsibilities included leading the global cybersecurity program across various business units and implementing an Industrial/OT cybersecurity program. Ralph also served as Vice President & Practice Leader for Digital Trust & Cybersecurity at HFS Research, where a global research team was established. Past roles at GSK included Senior Director in Core Tech Strategy and Transformation, where Ralph contributed to building a global Cybersecurity and Control Governance function, as well as leadership roles in IT Advisory Services at EY and Risk Advisory Services at PwC. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Management with a major in Finance and a Specialised Master in Competitive Intelligence & Knowledge Management from SKEMA Business School, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Economic Sciences from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
