Sophie Raynaud serves as the Head of Sustainability and CSR for the Over-The-Counter products Category at Haleon, having joined the company in January 2023 to lead the Responsible Business strategy. Sophie's earlier experience at Procter & Gamble spanned over a decade, where roles included Digital and e-Commerce Marketing Manager for the Europe India Middle East and Africa region and Brand Manager for Feminine Care, overseeing major projects such as the introduction of P&G into the Adult Incontinence category. Sophie holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from ESSEC Business School.
