Stephanie Wingrove

Stephanie Wingrove currently serves as the interim Ethics & Compliance Programme Director at Haleon, a role initiated in June 2025. Prior to this position, Stephanie was the VP & Global Head of Ethics and Compliance at Galapagos from September 2019 to May 2025. Stephanie's extensive experience in compliance and ethics includes significant tenures at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, and Eisai Europe Ltd, where roles ranged from International Office of Business Integrity & Ethics to Deputy European Compliance Officer. Stephanie's career began at Wyeth Research as a Clinical Research Associate, after completing an MSc in Clinical Research and a BSc in Pharmacology from Cardiff University.
