Dave Gilbert is currently the CEO and Principal at Proven, where they focus on empowering businesses through fractional executive leadership and comprehensive back-office services. With over 20 years of experience building companies across various sectors, Dave previously co-founded Visible Equity, leading it to become the largest analytics company in the U.S. for credit unions. They also served as a startup advisor and co-founder at Enduur, worked at Sophos as Sr. Director Global Marketing Ops & Growth, and held executive positions in real estate and entrepreneurship. Dave remains actively involved in lower middle market M&A while also managing Hales Engineering and Salt Bros Holdings.
