Andrea Donahue, PHR, SHRM-CP serves as the Chief Human Potential Officer and Director of Human Potential at Haley & Aldrich since January 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources at Triumvirate Environmental from October 2010 to January 2018, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing performance management, new employee orientation, and employee benefits programs. Andrea's career began as an Architecture & Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek and included a brief tenure in recruitment at Northwestern Mutual and an internship in human resources at Sterling Corporation. Andrea holds a degree from Assumption University, graduating in 2007.
