Kyle Reep

Kyle Reep, PE, serves as an Assistant Project Manager and Environmental Engineer at Haley & Aldrich since January 2024. Previously, Kyle worked as a Graduate Research Associate at the ASU Biodesign Institute from August 2020 to January 2024, focusing on research related to microbial treatment and resource recovery technologies for industrial process waters. From December 2017 to January 2024, Kyle contributed engineering and project management support for remediation efforts at the North Indian Bend Wash Superfund Site while working at Montgomery & Associates. Earlier roles included being an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Center for Bio-mediated and Bio-inspired Geotechnics and the Arizona Center for Algae Technology and Innovation, where Kyle assisted in research projects relating to microbial treatment technology and algal biofuels, respectively. Kyle holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University, completed between 2020 and 2023 and 2016 and 2020, respectively, with honors from Barrett, The Honors College.
