Helena Gyllensvärd

Helena Gyllensvärd began their work experience as an intern at Essence Communications in 2010. From 2006 to 2011, they worked at GN ReSound, where they handled customer service, orders, customer contact, goods, stocks, and suppliers. Helena also worked as a receptionist on occasion. In 2013, they joined Summa Linguae Technologies as a Project Manager and held this position until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Scrum Master at HaleyTek AB, starting in February 2022.

Helena Gyllensvärd attended KY Akademien from 2009 to 2011, where they studied event marketing and event management. In 2009, they also briefly studied mass media and communication science at the University of Gothenburg. Additionally, in November 2022, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
