Bryan Dayton

Bryan Dayton is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant management and ownership. Since March 2018, Bryan has served as the Owner of Corrida Boulder. Additionally, Bryan has been the Owner of Acorn Denver since May 2013. As a Partner at Oak at Fourteenth since June 2010, and the Founder of Half Eaten Cookie Hospitality, also from June 2010, Bryan has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in the culinary industry.
