Madison Freedy

Madison Freedy is currently a Sales Associate at Half-Moon Outfitters since August 2023 and has a diverse background in nature education and customer service. Prior experience includes roles as OLS Leadership and Nature Staff at Don Lee Camp and Retreat Center, Senior Naturalist at St. Christopher Camp & Conference Center, Naturalist at both Kiawah Island Golf Resort and St. Christopher Camp & Conference Center, and Barista at Cup and Gown Cafe. Madison also served as an Americorps Vista Crew Leader at The Green Heart Project and completed internships related to organic farming and summer camps, including at Community of St. Marys Southern Province and the Children's Museum of the Lowcountry. Madison is pursuing a Master's degree in Natural Resources at Virginia Tech after earning a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Biodiversity from The University of the South.
