Scott Bartley

Scott Bartley has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Scott'smost recent position was as IT Infrastructure Director at Half Price Books since May 2018. Prior to that, they held the positions of Director of Infrastructure and Senior Manager of Infrastructure at Fun Eats and Drinks, LLC (formerly Last Call Operating Co I., Inc.) from June 2016 to May 2018 and from May 2015 to June 2016 respectively.

Before joining Fun Eats and Drinks, LLC, Scott worked at Netera Networks as the Managed Services Manager/Team Lead from August 2013 to April 2015. In this role, they led a managed services team, conducted interviews for new team members, and led customer Quarterly Business Reviews.

Scott's earlier experience includes working at Aztec Systems as a Systems Engineer/Senior Network Engineer from November 2009 to August 2013. Here, they successfully implemented various network improvements, such as upgrading data center networks and configuring routers for fault tolerance.

Prior to that, Scott worked as an IT Contractor at Robert Half Technology from March 2009 to November 2009. In this role, they acted as a liaison during the transfer of a department and identified solutions for multiple issues in a Windows 2003 domain infrastructure.

Before entering the IT field, Scott worked in the mortgage industry. At Earth Mortgage, they held various roles, including Network Administrator and Training Manager, from September 2006 to October 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Loan Officer at Earth Mortgage from April 2004 to October 2008.

Scott's earlier experience in the mortgage industry also includes roles as a Loan Officer at Twin Oaks Mortgage from October 2003 to April 2004 and as a Loan Officer at APB Mortgage from February 2003 to October 2003.

Scott Bartley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music with a specialization in Oboe Performance from The Ohio State University in the years 1999-2001. Prior to that, they attended the University of Cincinnati for Oboe Performance from 1997 to 1999 and then transferred to The Ohio State University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Scott Bartley has obtained numerous certifications in networking and information technology from various institutions such as Cisco, Brocade, Juniper, and VMware.
