John Damian Jones

John Damian Jones is an experienced media professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, John serves as the Owner of BreakPoint Media since September 2022, while also holding the position of Executive Producer at Halfyard Productions since September 2010, where John oversees multiple series, including the show "Diggers" on National Geographic and acts as Supervising Producer for "Hillbilly Handfishin'" on Animal Planet. John’s background includes roles as Field Producer for Discovery's "Hoarding: Buried Alive" in 2010, and earlier experience as CEO/Executive Producer at BreakPoint Media from 2001 to 2008, producing content for various web-based and cable clients like Comcast and Rainbow Media Holdings. John began the career in production as VP Production and Series Producer at The Network Group from 1993 to 2000. Educationally, John holds a BA in History from St. Mary's College of Maryland, earned between 1987 and 1991.
