Andy Shafer

Andy Shafer is currently the Survey Department QA-QC Manager at Halff, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this role, Andy served as the Survey Department Team Leader at Halff from January 2005 to January 2018. Andy's extensive experience with Halff dates back to June 1985, during which time Andy worked as a Project Manager and Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) as well as a Survey Technician and Survey Intern (SIT). Andy holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology with a focus on Land Surveying from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained between 1983 and 1985.
