Brandon Sandoval

Brandon Sandoval is a Project Manager in the Energy sector at Halff since June 2025, previously serving as a Project Engineer at C&D Utility Consulting, LLC from June 2019 to June 2025. In this role, Brandon specialized in designing overhead and underground distribution systems for Texas New Mexico Power's commercial and residential sectors, as well as performing pole sizing and fuse coordination for circuit reliability. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Lead and Electrical Engineer I at POWER Engineers from May 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities encompassed designing distribution systems for various CPS Energy groups and providing engineering support. Brandon began a career in technology as an Information Technology Student Worker at Texas A&M University-Kingsville from September 2016 to May 2017, focusing on setup and troubleshooting of computer systems. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, completed in May 2017, and previously attended St. Mary's University from 2012 to 2014.
