Joe Flores

Joe Flores began their work experience in 2015 as a Delivery Specialist at Party Ice. In 2018, they transitioned to the City of McAllen, TX, where they started as an Administrative Clerk and subsequently became a Senior Administrative Clerk. In 2022, Joe briefly worked as a Planner before joining Halff Associates as a Graduate Civil Engineer. Additionally, they have also been serving as the General Manager Operations at Flores Ranch & Cattle Company since 2015.

Joe Flores earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Engineering from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics at the same university, which they started in 2022.
