Long Nguyen, P.E., ENV SP, has been with Halff Associates since August 2013, serving as the Operations Manager Conroe and Vice President. Prior to that, Long worked at Harris County Flood Control District as a Civil Engineer. Long also holds the role of Director at MUD 248 since June 2012. Long earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2008.
