Patrick Foy

Patrick Foy, PE has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Patrick is currently working at Halff Associates as a Land Development Team Lead since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Project Manager at Morrison Shipley Engineers starting from October 2014. Before that, Patrick worked as an Environmental Engineer at The City of Memphis from May 2013 to September 2014.

Patrick Foy, PE attended The University of Memphis from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering.
