Sabrina Kelly, EI has a diverse work experience, including roles at Halff Associates, HENSEL PHELPS, and the City of San José, Department of Public Works. Sabrina is currently serving as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Halff Associates, starting in July 2021. Previously, they worked at HENSEL PHELPS as a Field Engineer, where they were involved in various projects at Bush Intercontinental Airport. Sabrina'sresponsibilities included installing underground utilities, grading for roadway pavements, conducting inspections, and using advanced tools such as an auto level and robotic total station. Prior to that, they held the position of Student Intern at the City of San José's Department of Public Works. In this role, they worked on the construction projects for the Alviso storm pump station and The Alameda Phase II. Sabrina'stasks included attending meetings, recording meeting minutes, organizing paperwork, and assisting with project management activities.
Sabrina Kelly, EI, completed their high school education at Soquel High School from 2011 to 2015, earning a high school degree. Afterward, they pursued their bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Riverside, from 2015 to 2019.
