Oliver Huang

Teen Advisor at #HALFTHESTORY

Oliver Huang currently serves as a Teen Advisor and Program Intern at #HALFTHESTORY, where efforts focus on developing the Digital Civics Academy and creating youth engagement activities. At The SPRING Group, Oliver holds the position of Managing Director of Health and Society, involving the study of legislation related to social media and children, alongside research partnerships with nonprofits. Previously, Oliver designed training programs for over 100 fellows as the SVP of People and consulted on Quantum Policy for the UK Government as the NJ/NY/PA Regional Director. As a Student Member of the Board of Education for Princeton Public Schools, advocacy efforts prioritized support for student extracurriculars. Internship experiences include a role at The Montgomery News and a research position at the Macmillan Lab at Princeton University, specializing in photoredox chemistry. Oliver is pursuing studies at Duke University and has a strong educational background from Princeton High School.

We are designed to shift the ecosystem of digital wellbeing by permeating youth advocacy, legislature, and educational systems.. Our hero program, Social Media U, is a 4-week experience designed to support teens emotionally and socially as they transition to high school in the digital age.
