Rhonda Sewell Kehlbeck, PhD has a varied work experience, with their most recent role being Vice President of Admissions at the Halftime Institute Fellows Program since 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at the University of North Texas, attending from 1988 to 1990. Rhonda began their academic journey at Baylor University, from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree. In addition to their formal education, Rhonda has continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by obtaining the HPS GRAD certification from Heroic Public Speaking in November 2022.
