Clement A. Saseun

VP, Quality and Technical Services at Haliburton International Foods, Inc.

As a recent addition to the executive team, Clement Saseun came to Haliburton International Foods from Cacique, Inc. where he served as their Vice President of Quality and Food Safety. In that role, Clement was responsible for directing the overall quality and food safety initiatives of the company as well as formulating their short and long-term development and growth strategies.

Previous to Cacique, Clement served as the Global Director of Quality Assurance and Supply Chain Management for DineEquity, Inc. (parent-company for Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar and International House of Pancakes- IHOP) where he led a team of quality assurance and supply chain managers worldwide. Clement has also served in various quality leadership positions at companies like Golden State Foods, Taco Bell, Heinz, Nabisco and Seven Up Bottling Company.

In his new position as Haliburton’s Vice President of Quality and Technical Services, his focus is to build a world-class quality and food safety program for the company. Clement’s extensive experience in quality management and food safety both in food manufacturing and as a food-service customer, coupled with his proven leadership skills and in depth technical knowledge will help to shape Haliburton’s future and growth, especially in the areas of food quality and food safety.

Clement holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition and Chapman University’s Master of Science Degree in Food Science.

Clement is currently a Member of Sani Professional Food Safety Advisory Council, and also serves as a member of Board of Directors, African Leadership, Inc. – a Tennessee-based charity organization.
