Lucia Alvarez

Lucia Alvarez's work experience begins in 2011 as a Sales Assistant at Intercorp S.A. Lucia then worked as a Sales Assistant at Nuestra Gente from 2014 to 2015. In 2018, they became an SQF Practitioner at FORTUNE AVENUE FOODS, INC., where they conducted inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a QA Manager and SQF Practitioner at ELEMENTS FOOD GROUP INC, overseeing the SQF program and managing quality control measures. Lucia then joined Tyson Foods as a Sr HACCP Coordinator from 2019 to 2020, ensuring product safety and quality through monitoring and procedure development. In 2020, they worked as a Document Control Specialist at Aquamar Inc, administering and maintaining the company's quality documentation system. Lucia then became an FSQA Supervisor at Passport Foods (SVC), LLC from 2021 to 2022, managing a team and ensuring compliance with food safety practices and regulations. Currently, they are working as a Regulatory and Compliance Manager at Haliburton International Foods, Inc., where they are responsible for regulatory and compliance matters.

Lucia Alvarez attended Santa Ana College from 2020 to 2023, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In addition to their formal education, Lucia has also obtained several certifications, including Primus GFS 3.2 from PrimusGFS in April 2023, Internal Audit Training from SCS Global Services in March 2023, and Foreign Supplier Verification Program Training from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in February 2023. Lucia also completed Genesis R&D Professional Training from ESHA Research in July 2020 and obtained certifications in Preventive Controls for Human Food, HACCP, and SQF Practitioner in previous years.
