Jordyn Moyer

Jordyn Moyer currently serves as the Principal at Halifax Area School District since August 2023, after nine years as an 8th Grade English Language Arts Teacher within the same district. Moyer has been actively involved in various educational initiatives, including participation on the MTSS team, co-advising the Yearbook Club, and organizing student programs and field trips. Additionally, Moyer contributed to the Northern York County School District as a Volunteer Assistant Volleyball Coach from March 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included planning practices and providing coaching instruction. Prior experience also includes serving as Camp Director and Coach at Push The Rock, directing sports camps for younger students and teenagers. Moyer holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Penn State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Level Education with concentrations in English and Science from Messiah University.
