Ulrich Bøving Dehler is an experienced business leader with a robust background in management and consulting. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board and CEO & Co-Founder of Halifax Burgers since September 2006, Ulrich previously held the position of Account Manager at Kunde & Co in early 2006, where responsibilities included strategic consulting. Additionally, Ulrich's early career involved customer service at GE Capital and working as a waiter at Café La Belle Vie. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration, also from Copenhagen Business School. Further education includes studies at Dalhousie University and The Australian National University.

Halifax Burger Restaurant was founded by friends Ulrich Bøving-Dehler and Peter Ahn in 2007, where they opened the first Halifax burger restaurant in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. Today we have 11 restaurants in Copenhagen, Lyngby, Hillerød, Køge and Roskilde - and more coming up. At Halifax are there’s a burger for each mood: Whether you are into the classic, the spicy, the messy, the vegan or something completely different. The staff: Today we are more than 300 employees from 14 nationalities - and we cherish each and every one. No matter what position you have at Halifax, we take pride in helping you in your professional development through training and courses. Oh and the name? It comes from the fact that Peter and Ulrich met each other as students in the city of Halifax in Canada.
