Rebecca Gatian

Rebecca Gatian, DHA, MBA, RN, currently serves as the Executive Director and Hospice Administrator at Halifax Health since December 2024 and holds the position of Adjunct Faculty at Purdue Global since September 2024. Additionally, Rebecca is a Doctoral Faculty Advisor and Dissertation Reviewer at Franklin University. Prior to these roles, Rebecca gained extensive experience at Avow Hospice, Inc., where multiple titles were held including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Clinical Officer from July 2012 to December 2024. Rebecca's career in healthcare began as a Nursing Home Administrator at Genesis, followed by various positions at Meritus Health, WVU Hospitals — Ruby Memorial Hospital, and Hospice Care Inc. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Healthcare Administration from Franklin University and a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Mountain State University, complemented by an MBA from Frostburg State University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Slippery Rock University.
